General Return Policy

• All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of thermal paper roll goods.
• All returns must be authorized by e-mail at: [email protected], and will be credited to your account.
• Any orders refused, or returned, will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping and handling charges.
